Nice hotel in Krimml and good located. It was our first time staying here and we can admit we liked everything. A great fact was that the bus station was situated right next to the hotel which will lead you right to the ski slopes. The food is delicious and the staff is really friendly and always there to help you with everything you need. The mountains view is amazing from the rooms.
The coffee in the morning is high quality and diversified.
We also have to praise the cleaning ladies, because we were thrilled to see everyday how clean the rooms were after they did their job. Lots of attention to details.
We will definitely come back!
Nice Hotel, so wonderful View, the People so nice and helpful. many activities nearby swimming pool, mini golf, tennis the waterfall is also very beautiful

One small critique- no fridge in the room.
The good:
- Breakfast buffet is great
- room is clean
- staff is friendly...
The bad
- ... but short staffed at the restaurant (or just not well trained. We had to wait forever for our food and they mixed up tables on a regular basis.)
- food besides breakfast is mediocre at best
- for whatever reason we had no room service. We stood only two nights so it was not so bad but in a four star hotel I do expect fresh towels and a freshly made bed.
- other guests and the bathroom's vent were noisy
The Breakfast was very great! The View from the Room was excellent! I’m very Exited to be here! Wow! You are also not wide from the Train station 2,2km (Bus also drive) where you can go to Zell am See with a very cool train! But you have for 50 min a Bus because a building site but then you can drive with the Train ( very special train you have good Windows and its a narrow gauge railway! And the Train Station in Zell am See is directly next to the See! BTW there is also a Bus directly from about 400 Meters from the Hotel to Zell am see but you don’t have then the Train experience! GREAT HOTEL 10/10
Arrival at 21:03 ( bar closed at 22:00 ), problem with beer, problem with some salted to beer, problem with all….

Perfect weekend, hotel rooms are so nice, spacious and new. The view is amazing, wellness ist on top floor. For sure I will come back. And the staff is so friendly and helpful.
